Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the company’s senior management team and be accountable for developing my client’s business within Western Europe.

You will own and drive the sales growth strategy plan to proactively develop their business by the targeting, attainment and expansion of existing and potential customers.

Using your ability to approach and engage people and your excellent language skills, you will be able to build rapport quickly and maintain excellent client relationships, all the while recognising strategic and operational resources required to address target customers, including but not limited products, marketing, resources and support requirements.

Person specification:

  • 5 years’ experience in direct sales and/or business development in locking systems.
  • Fluent in 2-3 Western European languages (as well as English).
  • Bring a client list that could be targeted as potential customers.
  • Enjoy travelling.

This company is quickly expanding and you will play an important part in making that happen through Western Europe. Over time you will have the opportunity to build and manage a regional sales team.
