A Managed Service provider specialising in application and infrastructure management and implementation is looking to recruit a Technical Account Manager to oversee and address our customers’ technical needs. You will provide accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience
  • Maintain, develop, and utilise your skills to ensure that our Managed Services evolve and develop in line with the client strategy, industry developments and best practice.
  • Managing the timely and successful resolution of all requests coming in from customers relating to the service
  • Provide technical, product and business knowledge to support account management,
  • Strengthen customer relationships
  • Enhance the managed service capability offered by the client

  • Experience in Azure, AWS and Microsoft 365
