Solutions Sales Specialist, UK Wide, £75k + 40% commission

My client provides end to end solutions helping customers improve their operational processes and efficiencies while delivering better services and experiences to their customers. You will be part of the “EIS Solution Sales Team EMEA”. This team is the focal point for driving our Strategic Solutions into our key customers, partners within Retail, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, and Healthcare verticals.

 

This role focuses on the two key verticals of Manufacturing and T&L with primary focus positioning the company’s next generation MT&L Solutions. You will be working against a defined target account list plus also hunting new accounts. Some of the solutions include:

Location Solutions/RFID and Workforce Connect PTT.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for pipeline development and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities to meet the defined objectives and targets.
  • Identify, qualify, secure and cultivate new customer accounts and business opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue and accounts growth targets in line with the annual sales objectives.
  • Create and execute deals based on a solutions-driven sales approach.
  • Identify and sell critical differentiators so that the company is the obvious choice as the vendor with the best solutions.
  • Use advanced domain/solutions knowledge to competitive advantage – training in all areas will be provided yet constant personal development to keep up to date is required
  • Utilize major account sales process to identify new prospects and build sales plan for the territory.
  • Engage proper resources on complex solutions to ensure the appropriate solution is presented and sold to the customer.
  • Develop and maintain senior level relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage customer satisfaction in both the pre- and post-sales environment

 

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable Solutions selling experience into warehousing, manufacturing transport & logistics or production verticals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good listening and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable new business development skills
  • Strong mobility sector, RFID, networking or software background
  • Significant experience of building business development alignment with both internal teams and external partner channels as routes to market for mobility
  • Must be able to effectively coordinate across various groups and functional teams both inside and outside of the business.
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a team to accomplish goals
  • Ability to travel across EMEA also to US business units as required.
