Working in an Agile environment with a team of talented developers you will be leading a team who will design and developer a unique real-time, mission critical Exchange Trading System.

As a C# Team Lead you will be a developer who leads from the front, they are looking for someone who wants to remain hands on and work closely with their team using techniques like pair programming. You will be creating and maintaining a highly reliable and scalable trading product and work across the full software development life cycle.

As a company they are looking for a team lead who has a passion for their work but also a passion for mentoring others and helping other developers grow and learn new techniques. If you are an experienced software developer who has a great understanding of Object Orientated Programming, Pair Programming and Test-Driven Development who wants to work on complex projects and lead a team this is the challenge for you.

Requirements:

· Strong commercial experience with C# .NET, WPF, Agile, TTT

· Passion for coaching and mentioning others

· Experience supporting, training and identifying talented developers

· Working knowledge of automation testing and deployment

· Worked on projects from concept through to delivery
