My client is an ultrafast internet provider that is growing rapidly. They have received a huge amount of investments and are continually expanding to become one of the best broadband providers.

Role Summary


You will be key to delivering the next stage of the fibre network in the UK. Working with key accounts you will identify property stakeholders and owners where new opportunities can be explored so they can be delivered to more homes across the UK


Personal Skills


The key deliverables, critical for effective performance e.g. customer experience, and personal attributes such as attention to detail.

Engagement of C-Level executives across key accounts with them understanding the value

add that the company bring to their property portfolios.


Efficient delivery of the broadband service across identified and targeted portfolios.


Key responsibilities

You will carry out strategic account management and planning. Engaging with C-Level executives to sell the product and build value propositions.

Identifying additional target developments and engaging directly with relevant stakeholders within the property sector utilizing customer profiling. Identify and engaging with key decision makers and influencers is key.

Proactively building and managing your pipeline; targeting new clients and protecting existing ones.

Delivering to target or exceeding.

Lead generation, relationship development & consortia building and management of them.

Possess a strong understanding of our product, our competition in the industry and positioning.

Arrange and participate in client meetings.

Responsible for managing workflow and projects through our CRM.

Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

Building relationships with relevant internal stakeholders.

Working with other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment to sites.

Coordinating functions to ensure a single client-facing interface




Experience in the telecommunications sector

Technical background

Extensive business development experience

Knowledge and experience of commercial freehold or leasehold property



Skills / Aptitude


Strong written and numerical skills

Ability to listen and sell on a consultative basis

Tenacious and determined to deliver results

Excellent presentation skills
