Role Summary


You will be key to delivering the next stage of the fibre network in the serviced apartments sector across the UK. Providing first line support you will also be responsible for development and strategy to the UK serviced apartments customer base. You will drive new serviced apartment business sales across the network resulting in connection and revenue increases.

Ownership of serviced apartment business direct and current customer base.

Increase in business sales across the serviced apartment sector.

Increase in connections and revenue.


Key responsibilities


Driving Serviced Apartments revenues & connections

Identify and close business opportunities to drive serviced apartment direct revenues.

Lead generation and identification of new business development opportunities.

Increase contract term from 12 to 24/36 months by 60% quarterly.

Coordinate the development and deployment of new direct targeted Business Direct campaigns.


Customer relationship development and management.

Expand sales to existing & new serviced apartment customers.

Increase customer retention.

Introduce new products to new and existing markets.


Building relationships with relevant internal stakeholders.

Working with other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment to sites.

Coordinating functions to ensure a single client-facing interface.


Providing regular reporting on progress to management as required.

Responsible for managing workflow and projects through our CRM.

Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.


Experience in the telecommunications sector

Technical background

Extensive business development experience

Knowledge and experience of commercial freehold or leasehold property



Skills / Aptitude

Strong written and numerical skills

Ability to listen and sell on a consultative basis

Tenacious and determined to deliver results

Excellent presentation skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

An ability to work to tight deadlines with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail


Not Eligible for overtime, on-call Allowance and shift allowance.
