Marketing and Data Specialist, £85k OTE

The Marketing & Data Integration Specialist will be responsible for understanding and driving best practice implementation of Data within marketer workflows to ensure the full utilization of Data and Insight across client applications. This will drive value and ROI for the client and in turn support retention uplift within marketers across Retail, Finance and Travel verticals.

Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Worked within marketing executions roles across a range of channels (Search & Content, Social, Display, Email)
  • Hands on experience with marketing execution tools and BI Analytics tools
  • Deep digital knowledge of how to improve campaign optimization and performance
  • A diligent work ethic and the drive to extend beyond what is required
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively as part of a team, showing strong collaboration and resourcefulness.
  • Industry certification such as Google Squared, Google AdWords would be an advantage



  • Digital first experience with a passion for Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, and Automation
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and drive with a proactive, inquisitive, can-do approach to tasks
  • Proven experience working with B2B clients
  • F2F commercial/product management experience engaging and challenging clients on marketing best practice
  • Experience working with Account Management and New Business roles to support them in workshops and day to day client conversations
  • Experience developing and managing new and existing partnerships with 3rd party vendors
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with excellent questioning skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional packages (including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, Social, Display, and Email marketing tools (Experience with Tableau, Qlik, Domo Visualization tools, Experience supporting SaaS


£65k + £20k OTE
