Embedded Software System (C++) QA Test Engineer


We are looking for a test engineer with good C++ skills and experience and interest in testing.

The candidate will join as an integral part of the company’s project team and offers a hands-on approach to Software and Systems testing


Applicants should have commercial exposure and be skilled/qualified in the following:


-Working on/with Embedded Systems in C++ (know how to build, run and write C++ code)

-Manage runtime and build dependencies

-Identifying, designing and implementing test conditions, producing test cases from requirements

-Development of Test Cases

-Automation of Test Cases

-Maintaining Unit, Functional, Stress & Regression test suites

-Working closely with Product Development Engineers

-Knowledge of full software testing lifecycle

-Experience with Jenkins and GIT

-Experience with Agile & Agile ticket apps (Jira)




-Work closely with Product development engineers to understand the pipeline

-Creating, running and maintaining automated tests

-Participating in post-test reviews and making recommendations for future improvements

-Provide feedback and regular updates to the team and QA Lead to ensure that high quality and accuracy is maintained throughout the software test life cycle;

-Ability to ensure that System and User Acceptance Testing is carried out in line with the development program, agreed criteria and process checkpoints are completed and feedback is provided early in the development cycle to ensure that quality standards are maintained;
