Business Analyst – Pensions – London – £55,000 + benefits






My client is a rapidly-growing fintech company transforming the pensions industry for the better. They are changing the way people interact with their pensions with, from their award-winning mobile app to our industry-first Amazon Alexa integration.

About you:


We’re looking for an excellent forward-thinking business analyst with experience of DC pensions to join our Programme Delivery Group. You’ll be working on a range of exciting new projects as we look to continue our rapid growth through technological innovation.


You’ll need to be a self-starter who can quickly get up-to-speed on our existing offering while also getting stuck into delivering our next generation platform.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Building narratives and acceptance criteria for the highest priority stories in upcoming iterations or sprints.
  • Analysing stakeholder requirements and accurately defining business requirements.
  • Translating business requirements into detailed user stories.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritise the delivery of user stories.
  • Facilitating workshops to understand workflow, requirements, storyboards and solution behaviour.
  • Creating structured documentation to inform approval steps and delivery activities.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to work through customer specifications and develop solutions in line with defined requirements.
  • Developing comprehensive knowledge of the existing product suite to produce gap analysis for future product. deployments.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of third party partner capabilities as well as their technologies.
  • Contribute to bid responses, proposals and statements of work when assisting with pre-sales engagements.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure project and service delivery meet customer expectations.
