Warehouse Operatives/Project Coordinators

The client is looking for Warehouse Operatives/Project Coordinators to join their team in Yorkshire.

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • (Not heavy) lifting
  • Day-to-day admin support
  • Shipping duties
  • Business system data input
  • Periodic and ad-hoc reporting
  • Form an integral part of the project delivery function

 

Person specification:

 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Customer-focused
  • Professional, positive, confident and friendly
  • Ability to work well under pressure within a busy environment and prioritise tasks accordingly

 

 

Opportunity:

 

This is a great opportunity for a Warehouse Operatives/Project Coordinators to work on-site, 5 days a week for a company with a great culture.

Service Desk Analyst

Role and Company:

My client delivers Network and Cloud (AWS or Azure) support to public and private sector organisations. They are passionate about technology, and they aim to give efficient customer service and excellent IT support, as well as innovative fix solutions.

They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team near Leeds. The successful candidate will be an outgoing individual who is computer literate and has some customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities will include:

·Replying to inbound calls/emails, providing solutions as a 1st point of contact and escalating to management when necessary

·Understanding and diagnosing technical problems at 1st level

·Administration of services, portals, etc

·Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed throughout

·The Service Desk Analyst will complete an ITIv3/v4 course if they are not already qualified

Skills:

·Microsoft Office skills to a good level

·Experience working in a customer service environment would be highly beneficial

·Knowledge of ITIL framework preferable
