Dome Recruitment Ltd was founded in 1998 by Tom Craven; he was joined in 1999 by Steve Newbold.

Now co-owners, Tom and Steve are committed to maintaining the excellent reputation Dome has built as a quality-focussed, ethical and professional recruitment business. They share a strategic vision to build on Dome’s capabilities and secure its future as a leading provider of human capital within their markets.

In summer 2013 Dome completed the acquisition of Mentis MC Ltd, a highly-specialised IT Security, Cloud and Architecture consultancy, placing contract and interim staff in to the Public and Private Sectors. Mentis’ staff, clients and contractors are now fully integrated and engaged under the Dome Recruitment banner.
